Our shopping basket takes the hassle out of ordering - it remembers what you've ordered as you move around our site, and automatically calculates the cost.

If you wish to learn about the traditional means of ordering (post, phone and fax) please click here, otherwise please read on for our 5 step guide to using our online shopping basket:

1. Find your product

You can browse the product pages by clicking on the links in the "Product Categories" menu on the left hand side. 

2. Read about it

Once you reach the product page of the item you are thinking of buying, you will be able to find out its price and information about it.

3. Select it

When you've found what you want, click the "Add to basket" button to put it in your "Shopping Basket". Don't worry  - putting something in your basket does not mean you have bought it. The Shopping Basket page saves a list of the items you're interested in, until you want to go ahead and order - you can continue adding products if you wish by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button - to view your shopping basket contents again, simply click the "View basket" button at the top of the page. 

When you're happy with what you've chosen on the shopping basket page, click the "Complete Order" button to begin ordering.

4. Buy it

When you are happy with the contents of your basket, you'll need to let us know where you want us to deliver your purchase and how you want it sending. You then tell us how you would like to pay. We welcome the following forms of credit card payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Switch. Any information provided on our secure order form is SECURE and safe from unauthorised viewing - check for the solid key or lock symbol at the bottom of the window. The information you enter is encrypted using SSL before transmission over the internet. Encryption means that each letter and digit is randomly scrambled into over a sextillion possible combinations. Our security certificate is issued by Thawte. 

When you have finished filling in your details you can then click on the "Verify Order" button to review the information you've just given.

 5. Deliver it

Next you'll have a chance to check your order details - remember, if you're not happy or have changed your mind, you can alter any part of your order by clicking on the "Make Changes" button at the bottom of the page. 

When you are happy to continue, click the "Submit Order for Processing" button to send your order to us. As soon as we receive this, we'll send you an e-mail confirming the details of your order (if you've provided us with an email address). You can then look forward to receiving your order!

Traditional ordering

If you wish, you can order via traditional means i.e. phone, fax or post. We accept credit card ( Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch), Cheques and Postal Orders. 

To order by any of these means simply make a note of the product details (name, code and price) then do one of the following:

You will be guided swiftly and smoothly through the ordering process. Your goods will arrive in a few days. We are open 9-5, Mon-Fri with an answering service available at all other times.
   
• Fax: Fax your order through on 0871 871 0070 making sure to include the relevant product details, your name, address (including Postcode) and Credit Card details including expiry date and issue number (if you are using a Switch card).
      
• Post: Please address orders by post to Adult Pleasure Zone, (Dept OR) P O Box 222, Plymouth. PL9 0YR. Please make any  cheques or postal orders payable to our holding company "Global Health Ltd". Please note that we allow cheques to clear before we despatch your order.
