various delivery options available to you. By default, items are sent 1st
Class Post to UK destinations, but this can be upgraded. Please

Delivery
Overview
An order placed
online or by telephone will normally be despatched the same
day.
Please note that our cut-off time
for the same day despatch of telephone, fax and online orders is
2:30pm.
Orders arriving by post are also
actioned the same day. Payment by Credit Card, Cash, Building
Society/Bank Counter Cheques and Postal Order will mean that
your order will be despatched that very day. Ordinary cheques
are allowed to clear before we despatch - allow 1 week for delivery of orders paid for by cheque.
Our customers often compliment us
on the speed and quality of service - you will not be
disappointed - but please note that, to benefit from our same
day despatch service you should pay by some means other than a
cheque as we always allow cheques to clear prior to despatching
goods.

Standard
Delivery
We
send all our packages by 2nd Class Royal Mail post which is £3.95
per order. Please allow 2-3 days after we receive your order
for your package to arrive. Remember that we allow 1 week for
cheques to clear before despatch and our cut off time for same
day despatch of phone, fax and Internet orders is 2:30pm.

1st
Class UK Delivery
For 1st Class Royal Mail post please add £2.00
to the Standard UK Delivery charge (a total of £5.95 per order).

Special Delivery
In a hurry? Try using Special Delivery. The
price for upgrade to Special Delivery is £5.00 on top of the standard
charge (a total of £8.95 per order). All upgraded packages are
sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which should mean that you receive
your package by noon the following day.
PLEASE NOTE
that Royal mail do not consider Saturday a working day for Special
Delivery. Orders despatched on Friday by Special Delivery stand a good
chance of arriving on Saturday but may be delayed till Monday. A signature
is required for all Special Delivery packages. We still allow a working
week for cheques to clear.

Fastest
Possible Delivery? The
quickest way to receive your order is to telephone a credit card order in
before 2:30pm, Monday to Thursday and specify Special Delivery! The next
best thing is to send Postal Orders or cash to us and pay for Special
Delivery.

Overseas
Orders We are happy to fill orders from
overseas. We accept Credit Card Payment, International Money
Orders (Pounds Sterling drawn on UK Bank) or Cash (Pounds
Sterling).
Same day despatch is assured with
these payment methods. There is a postage surcharge of £5.95
for delivery to European destinations and £10.95 for Rest
of World destinations. We cannot be responsible for any
import duties that your order may incur nor for confiscation by
Customs in certain countries.

Your Credit card will be charged in the
name of Dash Publishing Ltd. We can only deliver to the card holders
address. If you want an order sent elsewhere it is best to pay with cash
or a Postal Order.

We only send our brochure
or email newsletters to those people who have previously enquired about
our products or those who have purchased from us or one of the companies
we have acquired. Your name and address is retained on our database but
this information is never shared with anyone. We are registered with the

latest brochure and updates four times a year. If you do not wish to
